Connect Group

Our Connect Group is just a drop-in and chat session for all our members affected by MS, Parkinson’s and strokes, held every few months to provide a safe space to talk about your health or anything that is going on in your life.

The group is about supporting those of our members who are unable to access the Centre during normal working hours, for whatever reason that may be, and providing a safe space to connect with others in similar circumstances and offer advice, encouragement or just general conversation to each other.
