A Festival of Running in the heart of Buckinghamshire
Join us at Run Prestwood 2026 on Sunday 10 May for a fun, friendly and fulfilling day of running for all ages and abilities, all in support of a great cause. Set in the beautiful Chiltern Hills, this annual event takes place in the charming village of Prestwood, Buckinghamshire, and has been a community favourite since 1993.
Featuring:
- 10k chip-timed race – Test your speed and endurance on a scenic, rural course
- 5k fun run – A relaxed run or walk for all the family
- 2k children’s race – A safe, exciting route designed just for kids
Whether you’re a seasoned runner chasing a personal best or a family looking for a fun day out, Run Prestwood has something for everyone. Lace up your trainers and enjoy the incredible atmosphere, village support, and rolling countryside views.
Run Prestwood was a fantastic experience! The 10k course through the Chiltern Hills was beautiful, and the atmosphere was incredibly supportive.
It felt great knowing I was running for a good cause, supporting the Chilterns Neuro Centre.

All proceeds go to the Chilterns Neuro Centre, a Wendover-based charity providing life-changing support for people affected by MS, Parkinson’s and strokes. By taking part, you’ll be helping us continue this vital work.
