The Chilterns Neuro Centre recently hosted a special celebration to honour the vital contributions of its volunteers.
Volunteering
Volunteer with us
Our volunteers are the backbone of our organisation and play a vital role in delivering the support we offer to those with neurological conditions such as MS, Parkinson’s and strokes.
Volunteering is a great way to get involved in the Centre.
90% of our volunteers are regulars who help to create an amazing community, but we always need new people to help at events, work at the Centre, run our café or do collections for us. We have a wide range of opportunities to choose from and together we can ensure you enjoy the time you donate to us.
There are many benefits that come from volunteering, like meeting new people, developing new skills, improving confidence and having a sense of purpose. Just a couple of hours a week of your time can really make a difference to those who need it most.
Without our dedicated team of volunteers, we wouldn’t be able to run our oxygen therapy, our café or even answer the phones!
We have lots of opportunities for you to come and join us, whatever your interests.
