Lapsed Member Survey 2025

We know there are reasons why someone would choose not to renew their membership of the Centre but we’d like to know more about what those reasons are to help us improve the service we offer our members.

As someone who did not renew their membership at the end of 2024, we’d really appreciate your input.

There are many more Centres like ours across the country so if you have relocated to another area then check out then Neuro Therapy Network website to see if there is another Centre near you.
Even though you may not need the Centre right now, you will always be welcome to re-join us again in the future if you believe you would benefit from our services. Just visit the joining page on our website to find out how. In the meantime, please do stay in touch.
If you simply forgot to renew your membership then you are welcome to re-join again at any time by completing the membership payment form and paying your £25 membership fee. We look forward to seeing you back at the Centre.
As a charity which relies on donations, we do repeatedly ask. We are sorry if you felt there were too many asks but please remember that all donations are optional. The only mandatory charge is the £25 annual membership fee*. As long as this has been paid then you will have access to our range of treatments and services, in consultation with our therapists, whether or not you make a donation. If this has changed your mind and you would like to re-join then please visit membership payment form to pay your £25 membership

* Note that we do have a hardship fund so If you feel the membership fee is beyond you but would like to remain a member then please email Jo Kendall.
Did you know we have a hardship fund? We know our services are vital to so many people but we do not want people to miss out simply because the fees are beyond them. If you would like to remain a member and take advantage of our hardship fund then please email Jo Kendall.
We have been making every effort to reduce our waiting lists and, in many cases, we have brought them down to appropriate levels. If you are waiting, it may be that there are other services you can access quicker which you would benefit from. If you would like to speak to one of the team about waiting lists or our other services then please email us at info@chilternsneurocentre.org
