Paradigm Housing Recognises The Importance Of Our Wellbeing Programme
We are delighted to receive support from Paradigm Housing, a company that provides affordable homes across the South East. They have provided a grant of £5,000 to support our wellbeing programme, which aims to provide support and activities that improve the mental and physical wellbeing of our members.
Our wellbeing programme includes our social groups, art group, counselling, nutritional advice, carers’ support and occupational therapy.
Our CEO Andy Graham said:
As we move away from the immediate impact of COVID-19, I believe we need to make a greater investment in the mental wellbeing of our members. I see it as essential support for our physical therapies, which will be more effective if the person’s head is in the right place. Our wellbeing services are going to be essential in supporting our members and we are delighted to have the support of Paradigm Housing to help develop these.
