On Friday 28 February, Saturday 1 March and Sunday 2 March 2025 we will be welcoming artists from across the region to the Chilterns Neuro Centre in Wendover for our annual Pop-Up Art Exhibition.

Below you will find some of the information you need to know in order to exhibit at the event.

Please read through the points below carefully. They contain important information for you as a participating artist and a link to your registration form.

Entry Form

Please click here to complete your table artist registration form. Please provide us with information about your artwork.  This must be completed by 6 January.  This will enable us to compile the catalogue.  If we do not have the information by this date, you will not have an entry in the catalogue.  Please ensure that you have checked the spelling before you submit.

If you are unable to complete the online form, please contact the team on 01296 823040.

Set-Up

We can provide some tables but please let us know if you can bring one (you can do this in the Table Artist registration form).  Set up for you will be from 12-4pm on Friday 28 February. You should be on site throughout the event to ensure the security of your items. We know from experience that this also helps promote your sales. You will be provided blank receipt sheets to fill out for each item’s payment over the weekend. You do not take any physical money at the exhibition.

Fees

33% of the sale price will go directly to the Chilterns Neuro Centre and is greatly appreciated. This applies also to future commissions if placed at the exhibition.

Please ensure that sale prices for pieces in the exhibition do not differ from those which can readily be found online.

All sales are handled by the event committee and artists are remunerated on sales after the event, if you can please supply us with your bank details on the registration form. Please note you we cannot tell you how much you have made until 13 March at the earliest and the payment will be with you by the end of March 2025.

End of the Exhibition

Once the exhibition has finished on Sunday at 4pm, please start to clear away your items and tables.

Show Catalogue

We produce a comprehensive catalogue which includes a listing of our table artists and what you will be selling over the weekend.

Please ensure that sale prices for pieces in the exhibition do not differ from those which can readily be found online.

Exclusive artist profile advertisements – for a nominal fee of £10, you can showcase your profile alongside your listed artwork. This is an excellent avenue to increase your visibility among art collectors and enthusiasts. The first eight artists to confirm their profile advertisements will also enjoy the privilege of being featured in our social media promotions. Please let us know you are interested in this in the artist registration form and we will be in contact with you.

We are still looking for local companies who are keen to advertise in the catalogue for a small fee.  Should you have any contacts who may be interested then please contact Stella Kubale, Head of Fundraising, on stellakubale@chilternsneurocentre.org

Volunteering / Cake Donations

Our exhibition tea and home-made cake café is extremely popular and in previous years has made a significant contribution to the funds raised. If you or your friends can make some cakes (and bring them to the exhibition), please let us know when completing your registration form.

We’re very much looking forward to the weekend!
