She has a CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and is a member of the BACP, adhering to their ethical framework, so you can rest assured your work together abides by industry best practices. Allegra pursues ongoing training and continued professional development to remain up-to-date on the latest counselling techniques and approaches.
Her therapeutic style draws from person-centred, CBT, psychodynamic, existentialism and other evidence-based modalities. and she tailors her approach to each client’s unique situation and goals.
