Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting for the Chilterns Neuro Centre will take place at 11am on Saturday 18 May at the Centre.

In order to give us an idea of numbers, we would appreciate it if members could use the registration form below to indicate their intended attendance at the meeting.

Please note that if you do not register in advance you are still more than welcome to join us.

This year, due to a change in our Articles of Association, you can join the AGM by Zoom and be counted towards the quorum (the legal number of people we must have in attendance to make the AGM valid) and you with also have full voting rights.

If you are not able to attend, you can still vote by using a proxy.

You must have a zoom account set up first and use the same email address to register for the meeting.  You can register from now until 3pm on Friday 17 May.  Please register using the name we know you by. After registering, you will then be approved and a unique link will be sent to you for the meeting. 

We will take questions on the day for those attending the meeting in person, but it may help us give you better answers if you send them in advance. If you can then please email your questions to communications@chilternsneurocentre.org or send by post to the Centre by Tuesday 14 May.
